Dementia Friendly Health Walks

Derbyshire Dales District Council organise Dementia Friendly walks all over the District.

All the walks are led by trained volunteer walk leaders as part of the National Walking for Health scheme which endeavours to provide free, regular easy walks open to all. There are in excess of 40 trained volunteers and over 60 walks per month across the Dales.

Please see below links to a poster with the next quarters information regarding dementia walks. These are in partnership with the Peak District National Park, to provide Dementia walks on a regular basis offering 4 walks per month from 4 locations across the Dales.

Also attached is a full guide which has all the information for all the walks.
