Charity Event on Playing Fields Friday August 8th - Saturday August 9th

We have our other Event booking on the playing fields on Friday August 8th - Saturday August 9th. It is a similar activity to the last one which is basically a Rest and Refreshment stop off for walkers doing the Trek26 walk for the Alzheimer’s Society on the Saturday 09/08.

Most of the structures will be cleared off the site by the end of Saturday and the rest on Monday morning 10/08. The main playing field will be free on Sunday apart from the toilets and Barrier’s on the sides. 

These Events are a good way to raise money for the Parish Council and the village as well as enabling charities to use the Peak District in a positive way and ensure that adequate facilities are provided for their participants.
