Mental Health Support Group
A Mental Health Support Group is being set-up in the local area.
The group is intended for those who already experience, or feel they may be heading towards, anxiety and depression; run by those who have suffered with these problems themselves.
The group will focus on supporting each other and also look at organising events such as walks, coffee mornings and possible campaigning depending on how members want to move forward.
