Fitness On The Field will be back again for a second year, starting in June 2019 and running throughout the summer lead by Becca Adams.
Classes such as Circuits, HIIT and Alternative HIIT will be running again and new classes such as Boxercise, Flexibility Training and Senior Circuits will be introduced.
Personal Training will also be available on weekdays so please get in touch if you are interested. Whether you run 10k just for fun, or you can't remember the last time you exercised, there will be something here for you, just remember - comfort is the enemy of progress!
All classes will take place on the Stoney Middleton Sports Field and class times/days/prices will be confirmed nearer the time so please keep an eye out for posters and flyers and be sure to 'like' us on Facebook for up to date information. See you all in June!
