Public Space Protection Orders - Consultation October / November 2021

Derbyshire Dales District Council is consulting for views on the renewal of Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

A PSPO means that anti-social behaviour can be dealt with by the issuing of a £100 Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) by a Police Officer, Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) and Derbyshire Dales District Council Enforcement Staff.
